Kids Martial Arts & Boxing Class

World Champion boxer Dorin Spivey and professional martial artist Penny Vialette will teach children various defensive head movements, speed and agility drills, different combinations that will build their self-confidence, and more. Open to children Pre-K to 5th grade. Spots are filling up fast, so sign up today! Classes are once a week. To register, please visit the JCC in person or call 757.321.2338. At Let Me Be Great Children’s Yoga, children are allowed to safely explore what their physical capabilities are. We sing songs, meditate, and dance while learning yoga poses and making friends. Benefits of our yoga classes include:
