Eitan Stern: An unexpected look at the people and places of Israel
Eitan Stern said he wanted to reflect in his exhibition the different group of Israelis. “When I speak of Israelis, I’m speaking about Jews, I’m speaking about Arabs, I’m speaking about refugees.”
Stern used his camera to capture ordinary people in an empathetic light. His love for humanity is expressed through his focus on street photography, portraits and compositions questioning social issues of today.
His exhibit of photos from Israel will be on display at the Simon Family JCC’s Leon Family Gallery throughout the month of July.
All pieces are for sale and can be purchased at the Simon Family JCC front desk. Proceeds from the sales will go towards the Simon Family JCC’s Arts + Ideas programs.
