Other personal training

Teen Weight Lifting (for ages 13–15)
Join a personal trainer to learn the ropes of the fitness center. During each session teens are putthrough a workout designed to challenge their fitness level as well as teach proper weight lifting
techniques and Fitness Center etiquette.
Sessions: Ongoing
5 sessions: $50

Private Pilates Instruction
Private Pilates instruction may be purchased to help individuals focus on improving posture, muscular
imbalances and weaknesses and increasing core strength. Sessions are designed to fit individual
needs by utilizing mat and reforming exercises to encompass a full body workout. Sessions should be
scheduled of time with the trainer.
1 Session: $54
5 Sessions: $260 (save $10)
10 Sessions: $500 (save $40)
20 Sessions: $960 (save $120)

Private Yoga Instruction
One hour sessions teach movements promoting balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through
various postures and breathing techniques in the comfort of a personal training session. Sessions
should be scheduled with the trainer.
