jfit offers a wide variety of fitness options to be sure your wellness gets taken care of. We strive to take each member and help them set goals, educate, motivate and build long lasting relations for a lifetime. When you join jfit, you become family, which makes our environment warm & friendly for you to be comfortable.
For your convenience, we’ve outlined some of the various programs we offer, along with a brief description of each so you can choose which one(s) are right for you. 2 BeWell Fitness Sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. Get started with a special work-out plan created just for you. This program is designed for new members or individuals looking for the best fitness work-out to meet their needs. We provide 2 – One Hour sessions. These sessions include a BeWell Fitness Assessment, Goal Setting, and a results-based Fitness and Wellness Plan. Contact Tony Pearsall at 757-321-2321 or email@example.com to schedule.
Group Exercise Classes are available to accommodate every fitness level. A sampling is listed below. Check out our latest group exercise schedule here.
- High-Intensity Classes: Spin, H.I.T and Tabata.
- Mind and Body Classes: Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates
- Strength and Conditioning: Spin, Life Fit, Step, Barre Body, Zumba and Zumba Gold
- Shallow and Deep Water Aquatic Classes: Finning, Warm Water Flex
- Beginner and Silver Sneaker Classes: Aerobic Circuit, Strength Circuit
Additional Amenities to assist you in your work-out: Drop-in Baby Sitting Service, Daily Lockers (bring your own lock), Direct TV and Broadcast Vision (bring headphones), Shower Towel Service, Steam Room and Sauna, Wi-Fi Access, Warm Water and Lap Pool, Friendly Staff, and all the weights you need.
