SIGN UP FOR THE CHALLENGE BELOW!
Challenge Rules:
- Registration for the challenge is required.
- Challenge starts Wednesday, January 13 and ends Sunday, February 28.
- Track your minutes daily on this form, or in your personal fitness app.
- When you have reached 2021 minutes (or 33.68 hours) of workouts, email your results to Tom Purcell.
- Activities include: fitness classes at the JCC, personal training at the JCC, running or walking at the JCC or on your own, swimming, workouts at home, or any type of physically challenging activity.
- All minutes logged must be turned in by Tuesday, March 2.
Upon successfully completing the challenge, participants will receive:
- Certificate of completion
- Name in a drawing for three (3) personal training sessions with wellness director Tom Purcell
- Name listed on this web page
