The Simon Family JCC provides hundreds of programs on behalf of our members and the entire Hampton Roads Community. There are four major fundraising vehicles which the Simon Family JCC offers to donors and sponsors each year.

Annual Fund
The programs offered by the Simon Family JCC represent four core priority areas: Family, Culture, Wellness and Community. A gift of the annual fund will provide unrestricted support to fund all the programs and activities within these areas. Contributions to the annual fund also enable the JCC to provide financial support in the form of scholarships. The Simon Family JCC is proud to present an Annual Cultural Arts Series. We strive to bring signature programs to the greater Hampton Roads community including the Virginia Festival of Jewish Film presented by Alma* and Howard Laderberg, the Lee and Bernard Jaffe* Family Book Festival, the Performing Arts at the J Series and a Children’s Cultural Arts Series. These programs are made possible through the generous support of donors and sponsors.

Celebrate Israel
Celebrate Israel is an exciting series of events celebrating Israeli arts, culture, tradition, and food right here in Hampton Roads!
We look forward to celebrating Israel with you – Join us in contributing to the cultural growth of our community by becoming an official Celebrate Israel sponsor.

Presidents’ Cup Golf Tournament
Each year the Simon Family Jewish Community center hosts the Presidents’ Cup Golf Tournament at a prestigious golf club in Hampton Roads. More than 100 community members participate in a day of golf, fun, and education. After a round of golf, participants enjoy a reception at which the leaders of the JCC, past and present, are recognized for the commitment of time and leadership to the entire community.

The Presidents’ Cup Golf Tournament is one of the JCC’s primary fundraising initiatives. Sponsorships provided by individuals and businesses provide funding for children’s programming at the Simon Family JCC including Camp JCC, Kids Connections Before and After School program, and teen leadership programs. The Presidents’ Cup Golf Tournament is organized by a committee of dedicated leaders.

Becoming a JCC Corporate sponsors has many benefits. Your corporate support would allow us to enhance our programs include the Book Festival, the Film Festival, Summer Camp, Kids Connection Before and After School Program, BEAR, sports leagues, and so much more! Scholarship Funds
By giving to a scholarship fund, you are allowing a local child or family to participate in JCC activities. Our scholarship funds are set up to support the Summer Camp, including the Shadow Program, Kids Connection Before and After School, Florence Melton Adult Mini-School, and membership to the JCC. Reasons to Give:

Sending a tribute card is an excellent way to honor a memory or an accomplishment while simultaneously supporting the JCC! Tribute cards can be sent for any reason including birthdays, B’nai Mitzvahs, retirements, loss, and more!	Creating a tile for the JCC Tile Wall is the perfect way to forever memorialize a family member, birth, accomplishment, graduation, or any combination of things! Your $100 donation will help the JCC continue to provide outstanding services to our community.	Make your online shopping matter!
