Open to all ages
Learn basic skills to help with anti-bullying, avoidance, techniques such as strikes, blocks, kicks and body movement. Great for the entire family to promote safety and confidence.
Traditional Karate taught to improve your focus, discipline, body awareness, conditioning, strength, flexibility, and competition preparation. Our classes offered can advance you to higher levels. It’s not required, but is available to earn higher degrees.
