SIGN UP FOR THE CHALLENGE TODAY!
- Registration for the Challenge is required (see form below).
- Challenge starts Wednesday, January 13 and ends Sunday, February 28.
- Track your minutes daily on this tracker or in your personal fitness app.
- When you reach 2021 minutes (or 33.68 hours) of workouts, email your results to Tom Purcell at email@example.com.
- Activities include: Fitness classes at the JCC, personal training at the JCC, running or walking at the JCC or on your own, swimming, workouts at home, or any type of physical fitness activity.
- All minutes logged must be turned in by Tuesday, March 2.
Upon successfully completing the Challenge, participants will:
- Receive digital Certificate of Completion
- Have name entered in a drawing for three (3) personal training sessions with wellness director Tom Purcell
- Have name listed on this web page
